The house is located in a quiet and pleasant street, overlooking the Serra das Meadas and the emblematic Douro landscape, with good accessibility to the historic center, either by foot or car. → House The house has 2 floors, plenty of space and a lovely garden with swimming pool and barbecue area. → Bedroom The house has one suite and two bedrooms, all of them featuring queen-Size Beds and central heating. → Bathroom The house has 2 complete bathrooms with shower. You will also find a service bathroom on the barbecue area, next to the pool. → Living Room The Living Room has a comfortable sofa, flat screen TV and decorative fireplace. → Dining Room Majestic Dining Room with table for 6. → Barbecue Area A barbecue area in a beautiful garden with a lunch table for 6 people is available for you. → Swimming pool The pool is seasonal and it's open from May 1st to September 30th. It has a minimum depth of 1 meter and a maximum depth of 1.60m. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, stove and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Laundry The washing machine is located outside in a designated area. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis - replacements or re-fills are not provided. All other items must be acquired by the guest. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 16:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
